Why is Faux News allowed to False Advertise?!?

Okay, let me explain something to you, hopefully it will reduce your level of ignorance about the entertainment industry. The purpose of any newspaper, television network, radio station, etc, is to make money. In order to do that, they sell advertising. Any shows or articles, including news shows are designed to increase viewers/readers, so that the advertisements will reach a greater amount of people. Many will skew their programming to a certain group so they can corner a market of certain types of people, then use this to get more advertising, for example, a liberal leaning news channel will be more likely to grab advertisements from the makers of Prius, a sports media station will be more likely to grab Nike Ads, etc. News is not about informing, it's about getting the attention of potential consumers. This goes for ANY network, Fox, MSNBC, CNN, CBN, etc
