Im REALLY depressed and need help ASAP!?

i am a 13 year old girl who has bi-polar and is really depressed right now, and no one is listenin to my cries for help and i need help on what to do!!! i need somethin to keep me mind from woundering to the thoughts of suicide.. PLEASE HELP!!!
