How can i convice my parents to let him come over????(read)?

Just explain to your parents that you haven't got to see him and hang out in a while and that you were hopeing that you could watch a movie with him and that you would leave the door open so they could check in on you guys and just be as mature about it as you were about this question (i.e; not complaining about your parents being unfair) and also add that you are just friends and only are going to be watching the movie and stress that the door would be open for your parents the whole time.
