Can I use ISO 100 film for my holga 135 camera?

I'm pretty sure I need an ISO 400 film based on what I have been hearing from others, but I already accidentally bought ISO 100. I will be shooting mostly outdoor shots (I'm going up to a Michigan lake trip with friends) should it be okay or do I need to exchange? Thanks!
