Some running help please?

By the end of outdoor track i was able to run a 5:38 mile, i was also a good sprinter, but ever since outdoor track ended i have been eating like CRAP and my only exercise has been baseball and we don't have games very frequently. How can I get back to running fast, and bring my mile time back up to what it used to be fast? BTW I'm 14
