Why are studies always focusing on male homosexuality and not female homosexuality?

Because it wouldn't surprise me if the vast majority of so-called "lesbian women" aren't even gay and just straight women who claim to be like that either because they're fed up with men and let their emotions take over their true attractions or they think it's the hot new trend.
