What is the most common fallacy used in politics?

The number one fallacy in politics is that politicians can solve anything. The reason is that by it's very nature any solutions that are not candy and ice cream perfect are quickly rejected by the voters. And as well those solutions that do not favor campaign contributors can not be implemented.
