My brother is dating one of my ex girlfriends again this is the 3rd time and he's hitting the girl I like ?

(apparently me & my bro look like twins but we are 1 year apart)So in 5th grade I started datin this girl named Yesenia, yesenia asked me out & I said yes & it was just puppy love nothin serious & we kissed 3times & I broke up with her idk y I guess bcuz I was still a kid but I still had a small crush on her & 2weeks later my bro. starts datin her it kinda bothered me bcuz I still liked her but I ruined it & a year later they break up & after they did break up I didn't feel the same way because my bro just went out wit her & I don't want his sloppy seconds. So I get over her and 8th grade comes & I really like this girl Rachel, so I start hookin up with her & we start texting like everyday & we got really close, whenever we had problems we were goin through we always talke to eachother & our friendship went to a whole new level once we got to freshman year. So a couple of mnths passed in our freshman year & it was her b-day at school one day & I had no idea at all & she never told me so after school ended I really wantd to make a muv on her so I did I talkd with her & I kissed her & she smiled & said why'd u do that & I told her how I felt about her, after I finished & we both said bye she texted me like a hr. later then she started getting mad at me idk y then our friendship went downhill instantly, we didn't talk as much we just said hi like a couple times a week but we never texted & I could tell she was mad at me. So a couple weeks later I end up going to rehab for smoking weed popping pills & drinking & stuff like that. Rachel knew I was on drugs & she always wanted me 2 quit but I didn't & I'm so stupid 4 not listenin to her & I feel like that's the reason she felt uncomftorable around me. So my bro found out who Rachel was & he hooked up wit her then broke up with her. 5 months later I get a new gf and I break up with her & he decides to go out with her after I did & its annoying! & he's talkn2 this girl that he knows that I like @ the same timw btw Im sober!
