I am 13 years old, 5'5 and I weight 129lbs. I have a huge butt.... Like a Kim Kardashian butt, and my upper stomach is skinny, but my lower stomach (from my belly button till my hips) my stomach goes out, like fat. So how can I loose weight in my lower stomach and butt? I am really athletic and active with sports and outdoor activities in the summer, and I also eat lots of fruits and vegetables, I just don't seem to be loosing any weight. And I haven't been snacking lately in between meals.
